Morning → 7AM–7PM · Evening → 10AM–10PM · Night → 1–12MN/12–11AM.
The first-column pool is split in its original order: one person to 7AM–1PM (kept as low as possible because of the reduced pay),
the rest divided as evenly as possible between 6AM–6PM and 11AM–11PM.
